Be A Bombshell Cosmetics Summer 2012 Collection Review, Photos and Swatches

Be A Bombshell cosmetics recently launched their Summer 2012 collection with some stunning new shades! I am really loving this collection and have to say its by far my favorite collection from them yet. For this collection 5 eyeshadows, 2 eye liners, 2 lip-glosses and I new blush shades were released.  I had the opportunity to sample some of the new shades which are shown below.

Eyeshadows ($14 each)

From left to right:

Bright Eyes: Is a satiny golden shadow with light reflecting pigments.

Starstruck: Is a highly pigmented bold violet with pink undertones and slight shimmer.

Starlet: The Ultra satiny texture of this shadow makes it glide on effortlessly. The rich brown shade gives great color payoff.

Swatches

From left to right: Eyeshadows (Bright Eyes, Starstruck, Starlet) Blush (Sweet Cheeks and Lipgloss (not Sugar lips but the color I wore in the pictures below from a pervious collection called Nude Beach)

Look Book

For this look I started by applying Bright Eyes all over my lid. I then applied Starstruck to the inner and outer corners of my lids and blended into the crease.  I then took Starlet and applied to the outer V for definition and blended out. Once again I took Bright eyes  and applied lightly to the center of my eyes to make it pop more. To finish of the eyes I applied Onyx eyeliner along my lash line and lightly winged it out. To complete the look I applies Sweet cheeks to the apples of my cheeks and blended up to my temples and tossed on a coat of Nude Beach Lipgloss to keep the focus on the eyes.

Summary

Rating: individually rated above

Overall: This is by far my favorite collection released by Be A Bombshell Cosmetics. The color payoff overall is great and I am loving how soft and creamy the formulations are. I also love the colors and how easy it is to wear them together in one look like I did above.
